NEW BEGINNINGS (PART 2: How to experience REAL change!)

Many fear the New Year. They fear resolving and failing to really experience change for the better. It’s easy to feel different on January 1st. What about tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that? When the New Year buzz passes, then will it be just like it was last year? If four things are embraced, real change takes place:

1. Embrace the real change.
2. Embrace the possibility of change.
3. Embrace the possibility of permanent change.
4. Embrace the possibility of permanently changing.

To really experience change, embrace what has really changed! People do this intuitively New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day. They embrace this simple truth: If nothing else has REALLY changed, the year has! Resolution or no resolution, it is no longer 2012! This is objectively true, not just in people’s minds, nor is it subject to the resolve of their wills. It is a new day in a new year! Seize this day while it is here! Seize this very real beginning of a very new year! Those who want a new beginning must hold on to the reality that a real new beginning HAS already occurred in their lives!
