I define "American" in this post as one who LOVES this country's history unconditionally; one who assumes this country started in godliness, holiness, and righteousness, one who assumes that the way we began was Christian---the word which means "Christlike."
These "Americans," who still promote this LIE are indeed LIARS!
The Lord Jesus prayed this prayer for his apostles before He died for all sin:
"Sanctify them by the truth, Your word is truth."
"Sanctify" means "to set apart, separate, distinguish for a single divine purpose." Now what single divine purpose separated America from all other nations? What miracles and divine attestations exalted this nation above all nations? Wealth? Well now the "pagan nations" in Saudi Arabia possess more wealth than we do it seems. Was it the ability to take from those we consider weaker, or to dominate those who live for purposes other than to conquer? Hmmm...Hitler almost conquered the world....Alexander the Great succeeded...many evil men and women succeed in domination.
What makes our nation Judeo-Christian?
Our constitution contradicts the 10 Commandments.
Our laws are AntiChrist!
How can American Christians undo our contradictions and hellish notions?
I believe the key is the word "freedom!"
Oh, we love our "freedoms," yes we do!!
Now.
What if American Christians became liberators?
What if we stopped painting the cross of Christ red, white, and blue !!!
What if we became true to our God and to the natives of His land, understanding our sins of commission and ommission, our oppressions and genocides
What if we preached the gospel of liberty that truly sets captives free--preaching and teaching the kingdom of God, healing the sick, casting out America's demons?
"Why are you SO UNPATRIOTIC?!?" some may yell.
My answer: Do you not recognize a patriot's words when you read them?
